Bookings

All bookings must be made in advance through our booking system or by prior arrangement. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations by You

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

• You may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us before the tour begins.

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, insufficient numbers, or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, customers will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another date.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Tours will begin promptly and may not be able to wait for late arrivals.

Fitness & Accessibility

Our tours involve walking on public streets, uneven pavements, steps and cobbled areas. Participants should ensure they are comfortable walking for the advertised distance and duration.

If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking so we can advise whether the tour is suitable.

Children

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Behaviour

We want everyone to enjoy the experience. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove anyone whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, excessively intoxicated, or likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of others. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

Photography

Photos may occasionally be taken during tours for promotional purposes. Please let us know before the tour begins if you do not wish to appear in photographs.

Changes to the Route

We may alter the route or stops due to roadworks, events, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond our control.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
